My dog has gas, burping, and odd poop color. Is he okay? What to feed?

He was burping and restless so I took him to walk where he poop and I took a picture so can you please tell me looking at his pop color that color of poop is ok or not and what shouold I give him to eat if he is having gas inside ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 9 months old

I think it would be fine to monitor him for now. However, if this turns into diarrhea or there is actual evidence of blood in the feces, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a great day!
