Male stray dog of 10 years is suffering from penis and testicle infection, it has got wounds on its testicles and keeps licking it, it is unable to stand properly, on googling and seeing same kind of pictures i learned that it is orchitis, it is a stray dog so i cannot inject medicine or call a vet because it is not always available, kindly suggest mediaction, thank you.
