What to do for a stray dog with swollen, infected testicles?

Male stray dog of 10 years is suffering from penis and testicle infection, it has got wounds on its testicles and keeps licking it, it is unable to stand properly, on googling and seeing same kind of pictures i learned that it is orchitis, it is a stray dog so i cannot inject medicine or call a vet because it is not always available, kindly suggest mediaction, thank you

Unfortunately, it is illegal for us to prescribe any medications without physically examining the pet. Swelling of the scrotum could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection, tumor, wound, or an abscess. The treatment for these varied problems depends on the cause. I would recommend that you call your local animal control office so that they can catch the stray and get him the care he needs to prevent suffering.

    A swollen scrotum is usually a sign of either a testicular infection or inflammation or a testicular torsion. This is usually very painful. Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian. This may need to be treated with antibiotics, pain medicine and possible castration if severe. There are no home remedies for this, I am afraid.
