Why is my cat throwing up, lethargic, and not eating after surgery?

My cat had blockege and had surgery 3 months ago,now throwing up and he does pee but no food for 4 days ,letargic. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 5 years and 2 months old | 7 lbs
