My cat hides on the couch, eats fast, and acts paranoid. What's wrong?

My cat has suddenly taken to living on the back of the couch. She doesn’t leave to eat. She will eat if I pick her up and carry her to her food. Then, it like she’s paranoid. She wolfs down wet food & treats - some water, but suddenly will take off running back to the couch. I can’t explain it. I’m very worried. I’m about to go out of town this weekend & I’m afraid to leave her. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

I would recommend taking Lilly to the veterinarian to have her looked at. Sometimes when cats are not feeling well they start acting differently.
