Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would recommend the prescription gastro-intestinal diets like Hill's i/d or Royal canin gastro-intestinal. These diets can be obtained from your Vet or a prescription from your Vet. You can blenderize it with water and syringe feed it. I would feed small amounts every few hours until the kitten is eating on it's own. Good luck!
