What are these dots on my cat's skin, especially under her arm?

My friend found this dot in her cat’s skin and she have this dots in more than one place especially under her arm what is this?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could be due to a focal infection though it is hard to know without an examination. You can try to use chlorhexidine containing pads (such as the Douxo chlorhexidine 3% PS pads) to clean the are twice daily for 7 days. You may find these online or at your local pet store. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good night!

    That is more likely to be a superficial bacterial infection. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
