My dog has brown/black dirt-like dots on her nipples. What can I use?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 80 lbs
My two year old terrier mix has some brownish/black dots around her nipples. It looks somewhat like dirt but doesn't brush off. I tried scraping it off with my fingernail and it worked (she showed no discomfort while I did it). Is there something I can put on it for removal?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like a focal infection. You can try to use a medicated shampoo containing chlorhexidine twice weekly for 2 weeks. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like a focal infection. You can try to use chlorhexidine containing pads (such as the Douxo chlorhexidine 3% PS pads) to clean the are twice daily for 7 days. You may find these online or at your local pet store. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good night!

My dog has brown crusty like substance around her nipples and I’m not sure what it could be ?
I've been treating my dog for a tick infestation. I noticed she has these brown and black spots on her skin, that are not ticks or fleas. This largest area is her belly (first pic) but she also has smaller patches like this on her chest (second pic)
Bar has black dots like dirt on her back, it comes out of her skin and it gets worse. The vet said to take a toilet paper and smash it to see if it’s red, then we will know if it’s flees stool. But it was not red. It comes out also from her nipple. W

These spots come and go but never fully go away. They don’t bother my pup and I don’t know what they are.
