My dog ate homemade play dough, throwing up and peeing. What to do?

Our dog ate homemade play dough last night and has thrown up twice earlier this morning and has had lots of water too. She has played with us and has been walking around with her tail up but about 30-45 minutes ago she had an accident in the house (pee). Do you know why this may have happened? Pet's info: Dog | Bouvier des Flandres | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 85 lbs
