How to help a kitten with a chest cold and prevent dehydration?

My kitten is a bit dehydrated and she has a bad chest cold . She is on antibiotics currently. May I know how to prevent dehydration. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 0.7 lbs

You can also turn the shower to hot and allow the steam to build up in the bathroom. Then place her in the room to breathe the humid air. This will help lessen any congestion she may be experiencing.
