Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This may be due to an infection, ringworm or allergies though it is hard to know without an examination. I recommend that you consider taking her to your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They could check what seems to be the issue and treat accordingly. Good luck and have a good night!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your question. It is difficult to say for sure what the cause is from the pictures, but this could be a bacterial or fungal skin infection. I would recommend starting with a topical ointment or spray such as Sentry Wound Ointment or Malacetic Conditioning Spray (both can be found online quite easily and the ointment can be found at your local Petco). I would apply the ointment or spray twice daily until resolved. If there is no improvement, I would recommend having Macy examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
