My Westie's fur is pink/rust around mouth and eyes. Is it normal?

Hi our 18mnth old westie has pink/rust coloured fur around his mouth/muzzle but also between his eyes! (Somewhere he cannot reach to lick!) We gave changed from dry to wet food - grain free. Any ideas please? Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Male | neutered | 9 months and 25 days old | 18.7 lbs

If it is not associated with itchiness or discomfort, there is no need to be concerned about this.
