My dog's eye looks weird after playing with sprinklers. Is it serious?

My dog was playing with the sprinklers the other day and ever since then his eye has looked like this. It does not bother him or cause any pain but it is obvious something isn’t right. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | unneutered

This could be due to an eye injury or conditions such as a corneal laceration or just general inflammation from a traumatic injury from playing with the sprinklers.
