My dog has red belly bumps, diarrhea, and won't eat. What's wrong?

My dog has some bumps on his belly that looks like pimples.. they are white and their surroundings are red. He refuses to eat and he looks so sad and has no energy. His poop is yellow and he looks like he has diarrhea. What can I do plz. I can't afford taking him to a vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 2 months and 23 days old

From your description, it sounds as though Muffin has a bacterial skin infection and the bumps you are seeing are pustules. If he is lethargic and having diarrhea in addition to the pustules on the skin, I would recommend taking him in to be seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
