My old dog pees constantly & can't walk. UTI? Should I put her down?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 95 lbs

Hey, I have a rescue german Shepherd who is 12-14 years old. She suffers from arthritis and cannot walk or even stand up anymore. She wears a diaper to make clean-up easier. For the past few weeks she has been peeing 5 to 15 times at night! This is in addition to the 3-5 times she pees during the day. My two questions are: (1) could she have a urinary infection or kidney disorder as no dog urinates this much? and (2) should I put her to sleep, considering her degenerative condition? Thanks!

Yes, uti, kidney disease or diabetes are all possibilities. I would definitely consider euthanasia at this stage given her progressive conditions which are not going to improve and are becoming increasingly restrictive on her independence and quality of life
