Is my dog's thick white eye discharge from both eyes due to parasites?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 25 days old

whitish thick secretion from both eyes what may cause this.(dog has parasitic infestation)

Conjunctivitis, corneal abrasions, dry eye (keratoconjunctivitis sicca) or irritation from a folded eyelid could all cause thick ocular discharge. There is no parasite that immediately comes to mind that would cause eye discharge, but if you know what type of parasite he has (and what he is receiving for treatment) you could repost your question and we might be able to let you know for certain if the two could be related.
