Why is my puppy throwing up, not gaining weight, and collapsing?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 35 lbs

Puppy has stomach issues, she goes potty more often then other puppy of similar age. She eats all the time but doesn't gain weight. No obvious signs of worms in puke or feces. But she does puke and it's becoming problematic. Lethargic when sleepy, to the point of collapse. Can we have a list of possible issues so we can start treatment?

Sadie sounds extremely ill, and without seeing her in person, I legally cannot diagnose any condition. I can say that her symptoms are serious enough to require an immediate vet visit. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
