My cat came back weak and won't eat. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 3 years old

Hi Doctor, my cat Molly is very weak after she had lost for one week and finally came back. She still looks exhausted and has no appetite after two days recovery. I am worried about her, she is three years old spayed cat, living inside/outside and had lots of energy before. Thanks for your help!

If Molly was missing for one week, it could be she was injured or became ill on her adventure. It's extremely serious she has had no appetite for two days. When a cat doesn't eat going on 72 hours, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. This is something that needs to be seen by a vet now, I would consider this a medical emergency. Please bring her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her right away. Best of luck, I hope this helps.
