My spayed cat is bleeding from her bottom and tail is vibrating. Why?

My cat has been sticking out her bottom with her tail sticking straight up, and then her tail vibrates. She did it a few minutes ago and it seems she sprayed blood from her bottom. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 4 months old | 13 lbs
