Is my dog's sudden dry fur and dandruff from amoxicillin or diet?

Hello, my dog started amoxicillin 4 days ago and her fur feels dry and she has a lot of dandruff. could it be related or is it most likely diet related? She’s never had the issue before. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 7 months old | 56 lbs

Something that can help with dry skin is fish oil. You can use the commercial kind for dogs you can get from the pet store or online. That is likely going to help her.
