She had babies 3 weeks agin bow one of the babaies strugeks toe drink and hes tummy is bolated and hard and mothe is really dry what can it be and what can i do to help the baby

Try a warm compress and to stimulate him to go to the bathroom. You can try a small of karo syrup as this can help them go to the bathroom. If there is no progress then may need to see a vet to what else is going on
