My dog has a new eyelid growth that's getting bigger. What is it?

Hello! My dog has a new growth on his lower eyelid near the corner. Im trying to figure out if it is some kind of cyst or tumor. He burrows a lot under pillows. Ive been keeping it clean with warm water and saline solution. I was putting a warm compress on it but i cant tell if it is working, its gotten bigger. Hes a 13 year old Beagle. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | neutered | 125 lbs
