Why is my dog not eating, lethargic, and growling when I pet her?

Question

My dog is drinking but she seems to not want to eat. She's been laying around like she's depressed and recently she has been growling at me when I go to pet her. What could be wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 55 lbs
