My cat is quiet, not eating, sleeping, and vibrating. Is she sick?

Shadow has gotten quiet over the past week. She has been going poop and pee. Eats very little now. She sleeps a lot. I noticed today when she sat on my lap that she purrs but also vibrates. What can this be? Is she sick? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 lbs

If Shadow's appetite is decreased and she is lethargic, I would recommend having her seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would have her blood tested in addition to the physical examination to see if there are any obvious abnormalities. I hope this helps and that Shadow gets better soon!
