Why does my Mini Schnauzer have pimple-like sores with flakes?

My 8 month Mini Schnauzer has small pimple like sores on her body. They’re mainly on her lower belly and inner thighs. Today, I found a few on her chest and her back. They are the size of pimples and have white “flakes” on the top of them that are starting to peel like scabs. I discovered this on Saturday after I let her out to go potty. I assumed that it must have been poison ivy or a pollen allergy (just my guesses). She didn’t seem to be bothered by them until today. She’s licking them. This looks like it can be a skin infection. I would recommend taking Blue to a veterinarian to have them evaluate her skin. She will most likely need antibiotics and medication to help with the itch.
