Why is my cat still sick with vomiting, sneezing, and head sores?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 7 years and 7 months old | 13 lbs

Tig is a male Siamese I rescued. Has been sneezing, projectile vomiting, tenderness at base of tail(coccyx) drinks & pee's a lot. Harty appetite. Has a sore on head between ear & eye. It clears up, but then moves over. Help. Vet gave antibiotic shot and cortisone. Topical meds. He doesn't act Sick though.

A blood test must be done ASAP, i don't understand why your vet gave him a cortisone shot, it's a contraindication for almost every symptom he is experiencing. a blood test must be done urgently to rule out kidney failure which is common in cats at this age.
