Will my dog always test positive for Babesia gibsoni after infection?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 2 years and 8 months old

As you said that b.gibsoni will going to show up in blood test all of his life so is this happening with him only or other dogs which also ever had b.gibsoni infection they are too remain positive with that whole their life??? As one of my friend dog had this in blood report for 4 months and after yr his dog came negative with b.gibsoni and he didn't remain positive for whole life with b gibsoni

Many dogs will remain positive. Some others don't remain positive. Every dog is different. A dog is a living organism, not a machine. Every dog will be different. That is all I can tell you. We do not know why this is happening. It just is that way. Here is excellent information on this disease.
