My kitten has a swollen, yellow belly. Is she dying? What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 3 days old | 3.307 lbs

Hi i live in pakistan almost a month now a stry kitten came into my house first she was healthy now she got fever worms wasnt able to walk and eat but i take her to the vet and they treated all of it but now her right side of the belly is swallon and is yellow i dont know why what should i do is she dying or she has kidney faliur she is eating but not doing stool but is urinating and is really week and dehydrated

The yellow may be a bruis or dried urine or she may suffer from Feline Infectious Peritonitis. You will need to take her back to your vet for a recheck and fluids if she is dehydrated. She may have a swollen liver. Please take her to the pet doctor again for an exam.
