Why is my dog bleeding on her neck after grooming or new harness?

my dog has a tiny red bleeding area on the top of her neck.. I’m very confused.. she didn’t have it yesterday because she got groomed yesterday- do you think they cut her and didn’t tell us? or do you think she was snagged by her new harness? i’m very confused.. it’s bleeding and it’s small. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 11 lbs

If it is that small and superficial, it may heal on its own though it is hard to know based on a picture. You can continue to monitor it for now.
