Is hot, humid weather affecting my dog's appetite and eating habits?

Can dogs have seasonal appetite changes as my dog is perfectly normal but he is having only milk and curd and eggs. In India during this month weather is typically humid and warm so can it have effect on dogs appetite and eating pattern? If yes how can I assure me eats regularly without any effect on his health. It is important to ensure that the inside temperature is maintained to a nice cool and comfortable temperature. You can add chicken broth or beef broth to the current food and see if this helps entice Dollar. If there is no improvement after doing this, I would recommend having Dollar examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
