My cat is sad and scared after travel. Should I take her to the vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | 1 year and 10 months old

Today I was traveling so I had to put my cat in her box she refused so bad and when I was trying to put her in the box fell next to her and she ran away after a while When I put her in she was so sad and scared she even was shaking I got her out hugged her and sat with her then I put her back in but when I call her she doesn’t answer or when I try to play with her she doesn’t play I am so scared she seems depressed I need help plss I should I go to the vet please help

She may be scared and upset. When you get to your destination, try to make it feel like home and give her a little space to readjust. Most cats don't like being in a carrier, and travel in general is very stressful for pets. If she is still acting abnormally after a few days, it may be a good idea to have her examined by a vet to make sure there is nothing else going on.
