Why does my dog get hyper after he poops? Im concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This is not a reason for concern. Many dogs seem to feel frisky after pooping. I don’t have a good medical explanation for it- maybe they just feel better once that’s taken care of! Best wishes to you and Diesel!
