My 10-month-old cat has bright red anal bleeding. Should I call vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10 months and 10 days old | 12 lbs

Hi. Today I noticed some blood on the floor-not a lot but it happened to be coming out of my 10 month old male cat’s anus (it was bright red and I noticed it as he’d just used he bathroom). Nothing seems abnormal behavior wise and he doesn’t seem to be in pain and I didn’t see blood in the litter box. There was just a little blood on his bottom. Should I just keep a close eye on him or take him to a vet immediately tomorrow?

Poor Reggie! If you noticed the blood after he used the litter box, I would suspect there is some irritation of his colon or anal sacs causing the bleeding. Keep a close eye on him for now, and if you see more bleeding, then take him into the vet. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
