What supplements can help my 12-year-old mini dachshund with high ALP?

ALP is 1,800 in her bloodwork today , vet referred me to another vet to treat it but didn’t answer my questions on treatment . Age 12 mini dauschaund . Any supplements would help ? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | spayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 18 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There are several conditions that can cause an elevated ALP and some of them do not require therapy right away. However, in terms of supplements, you could consider using a product called Denamarin which can help the liver in general with several different conditions. Good luck and have a good night!
