My dog won't eat, drink, or go out after being left. What's wrong?

My daughter, my husband and I went on vacation for four days. My parents watched my dog and after one day he wouldn’t go outside, drink water, eventually he would eat. This is the first time he has been left for that amount of time. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 7 months old | 85 lbs

If this was the first time you left Bane for that period of time, it may have been hard on him being left. He likely reacted with this behavior, but keep in mind as well, this can be a sign he is sick. If you have him back, he still won't go outside drink water, and his appetite is gone/low, then I would take him into the vet for an exam. Should his behavior have returned to normal, it may be the illness has passed or he's just happy to have you home! I hope this helps!
