How to manage aggressive play and food aggression in husky puppies?

I have 3 month old female husky and she great real sweet n kind but I’m puppy sitting for my sister with her female husky they are from the same litter they will constantly play fight n my sisters husky is aggressive toward any type of food and get aggressive when play fighting.. they do not stop when one whelps . Please any advice on how to calm them down . Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 16 lbs
