Is smoking around your dog bad? I know second hand smoke is bad for people but I am just seeing if smoking around my dog is as bad as smoking around other people. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 18.8 lbs

Great question! Yes, it is bad to smoke around dogs. A number of studies have indicated that animals face health risks when exposed to the toxins contained in secondhand smoke. If you are going to smoke, I would go outside to prevent Layla for having contact with secondhand smoke. Best of luck.
