Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 2 years and 9 months old | 8 lbs
My cat had been missing for approximately a week, when we found her, she was lying down with her eyes wide open (not blinking at all) she was motionless but still breathing. We carried her inside and offered her food and water but she would turn her head away each time we offered. fast forward 20min later she starts vomiting (still she won’t close her eyes or blink). Now she moves very little around the crate to find a cool spot. i’m going to take her to the vet but any idea what she might have?

Probably severe dehydration is her main issue at this time. She may also have developed a liver condition called hepatic lipidosis which occurs when cats don't eat for many days. Is also possible that she was injured when she was out and missing, and she may have some pain and or an infection related to that. Take her in to the vet as soon as you can today!
