How to treat my dog's skin issues and possible yeast allergies?

Doctor Melanie; she might have yeast allergies and I thought to get her a Medical Shampoo or do skin and blood work to find a way to help her with the skin issues. What do you think of replacing her old things with new ones? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 3 months old | 4 lbs
