My dog has sudden eye swelling, penis swelling, and throat lumps. What is it?

Hi my dog has an infection around his eyes that appeared out of nowhere and his eyes are swollen. And he has a swelling at the top of his penis. And as i was petting him I realized that he had three ball like feeling things in his throat. All of these appeared overnight. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 16 days old | 46 lbs
