My newborn kittens pee, but are they constipated if they don't poop?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 days old | 2 lbs

I have two kittens that’s only a couple days old and I can get them to pee but not poop

A check up would be ideal as very commonly kittens (and puppies) are constipated for the presence of intestinal parasites.
