Sphynx kitten's skin irritated after bath. What's the best treatment?

My sphynx kitten Chase had Giardia and I bathed him with a shampoo containing chlorhexidine and unfortunately his skin got irritated (see photos). I’m desisperate because the vet does not know what medication to give him or what to use on his skin. He has been in this condition for 1 week now. The vet was supposed to consult a dermatologist but so far I have not heard anything. What is the best treatment in this case since he just had a month ago a course of antibiotic? Pet's info: Cat | Sphynx | Male | neutered | 4 months and 10 days old | 7.7 lbs
