Why does my cat leave tiny grain-like things when she gets up?

Everytime my cat lays on something and gets up she leaves little grain like things. Other than that she is still her self so I don't think she's sick but I could be wrong. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

These grain like little things could be tapeworm segments. It could be that Luna has tapeworms. I would take her into the vet. The vet can diagnose if she does have tapeworms, and can prescribe praziquantel to treat it. Praziquantel is a prescription only medication, which is why you need to take her into the vet.
