My 5 months old kitten has to be spayed tomorrow morning but she vomitted now. Surgery is after 11 hours from now. Is it safe to undergo surgery?

If she eats and drinks normally and just vomited once I think it is safe to take her in for surgery, However I would call your veterinarian to find out whether he thinks it is ok, as he is the one that is responsible for the outcome of the surgery. However, since it is night now in India, I realize you cannot call now, so make sure you tell the vet that she vomited once when you bring her in, or ring the vet in the morning.
