Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 11 lbs

My dog Sofia had allergy reactions this summer not sure what was going on so I had a blood test done to find out what specific ones, she is allergic to chicken, corn, milk, wheat, and house dust plus some grass and trees my question is the Low and High Positive what exactly does that mean, she has been doing amazing no reactions since I changed a lot of her surroundings very happy

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! That means that when low, she had a milder reaction to that specific allergen versus the high she had a more significant reaction to that particular allergen meaning that she is more sensitive to it. I hope you found this information helpful. Good luck and have a great day!
