What to do if you find a baby myna with a suspected broken neck?

I have found a myna almost 2 weeks old and it has a broken neck. What should I do?

If it had a broken neck he would be dead already, he is probably suffering from something else that may reassemble a broken neck, it could be an infection or a birth defect, he needs to be checked by an avian vet specialist ASAP in order to find out if he can be helped.
