Puppy has a sore on his shoulder. Is it an old injury or from grooming?

Hi I just took my puppy for a hair cut and noticed he has a small sore on his shoulder. At first I thought it was from the hair cut but now that I’m looking at it closer it looks like an older injury/sore is it anything to worry about? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs

If this does not improve in the next 1-2 weeks, he should be evaluated by a veterinarian as this could certainly be due to a traumatic injury that may need therapy. Good luck and have a great day!
