My cat hit her head, now her eye is closed. Is it a vet emergency?

Hi. My poor girl took a pretty hard hit to the right side of her head. Now, she's keeping it closed as much as she can, and it seems like she's having a little difficulty focusing with that eye. Other than that, she's acting completely normal. Should I take her to the Vet ASAP? Or, monitor her to see if maybe she just has the cat equivalent of a black eye? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 26 days old | 5 lbs

I would definitely take Thing into the vet asap. It could be that she has serious injured that with the hit, and there is a possibility of head trauma from the hit. Best of have her checked out right away. I hope this helps!
