My dog in heat can't poop and throws up at night. What's wrong?

My dog brandy is in heat she is one year old she eats fine but cant poop and will throw up at night, any ideas? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 75 lbs

If Brandy can't poop and is throwing up, I would be concerned she could have a foreign body. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain what's causing her symptoms, and I feel she needs to see a vet as soon as possible. I would take her into a vet today. Best of luck.
