Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! While Royal Canin gastrointestinal diet is a prescription diet meant for dogs with gastrointestinal problems or sensitivities, dogs that do not have any gastrointestinal issues can also receive this diet. However, I would be sure to check with your veterinarian to ensure it is okay for your other two dogs to receive this food. Dogs that have certain medical conditions such as liver or kidney disease should not receive any diet or food that is not approved first by their veterinarian. I hope this helps!
