My senior dog needs cataract surgery. How can I afford it now?

Hello! I own a 15 year old Miniature Pincer that has a huge cataract. she fell off the deck at night. I am disabled and rely on her to get around. my regular Vet referred me to another Vet who priced the surgery at $3500.00 Needless to say I can not afford the cost, and the Vet does Not do reduced cost surgery. I live in Bremerton, Washington can any one help me? sheri. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | spayed | 16 lbs
